The Ascension Girl is a social wellness community for corporate girlies and creatives 25+ designed to support their personal and professional growth. While our audience is made up of mostly black and brown professionals, all are welcome to join and show their support.
Founded by Beauty Marketing Director Simone Porter, who navigated the majority of her personal and professional journeys without community, we’re building a collective of ambitious women who know that rest and success can coexist.
This is a community that evolves as they do—one that goes beyond the usual “follow your dreams” fluff to thread ease throughout their unique challenges and assist them in becoming the best version of themselves.

Instead of offering generic guidance, we partner with women who have navigated similar paths to provide tangible insights, helping to cut down the time and frustration associated with navigating specific challenges—ultimately placing our members further along in their journeys with the wisdom to move forward confidently.

The VIP Private Dinners
Twice a year, The Ascension Girl will host a celebration honoring the men and women who have consistently supported our initiatives—as fireside chat guests and attendees, or friends of the brand. This gathering will be a reflection of everything The Ascension Girl stands for: meaningful connection, shared wisdom, and the power of support.
